A journey in 5 experiments · Visual Production
How do you teach AI to paint like it paid attention?
Today we're watching the brush think.
Our illustrations land on pages that are being read. They have a job: make the idea clearer. Not louder, not prettier — clearer. Which means the model has to understand not just what to draw, but how much effort the drawing should look like it took.
These five experiments are how we got there. Some of what works here runs inside CoNoggin and BREW today. Some is still cooking.
The System
Claude acts as art director — translating content descriptions, brand palettes, and intensity levels into optimised prompts for image generation models. Style is a plugin: apps choose their visual dialect (watercolour, cinematic, clean-infographic) via a BrandContext contract. The pipeline is style-agnostic; the prompts adapt.
